Shipping & Returns
You may return only new items unopened within 14 days upon receiving the item for a full refund. You will would need to pay for shipping if the item is to be returned. In most cases where there is no fault in the product, we will only be able to issue the full refund in store credit with item being returned. If the wrong item was shipped, we will give either full refund back or we can replace the item.
You should receive store credit within 1-2 business days upon having the case closed. For full refund in the payment used for the purchase, it would take 3-5 business days after having the case closed for us to process the refund and then 5-7 business days for your bank to clear the refund transfer.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can only ship in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
